This Refund Policy (“Policy”) is entered into by and between Sorrow (“Sorrow,” “we,” “us,” “our”), the entity operating the software application known as “Sorrow Bot” (the “Bot”), accessible through the Discord platform and via the domain sorrow.rest (the “Website”), and the individual or entity accessing or utilizing the Bot, Website, or any associated services (collectively, the “Services”), hereinafter referred to as “you,” “your,” or “User.” This Policy is supplementary to and should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By completing any purchase through the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy in its entirety.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Sorrow Bot, including but not limited to Premium subscriptions of any tier (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly, and Lifetime), are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase via the /premium purchase command, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds, credits, exchanges, chargebacks, or compensation of any kind will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the Services, failure to use the Services, account termination pursuant to our Terms of Service, or discontinuation of any feature or component of the Services.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed exclusively through OxaPay, a third-party cryptocurrency payment processor. Due to the inherent and immutable nature of blockchain transactions, all payments are final and technically irreversible once confirmed on the network. Sorrow does not possess the ability to reverse, modify, cancel, or otherwise alter any completed blockchain transaction. You acknowledge that this technical limitation constitutes an additional and independent basis for the no-refund policy set forth herein. Scope of Policy

This Policy applies to all transactions processed through Sorrow Bot on the Discord platform, accessible at sorrow.rest. This includes, without limitation:

  • Monthly Premium subscriptions ($3.50 per 30-day period)
  • Quarterly Premium subscriptions ($6.50 per 90-day period)
  • Yearly Premium subscriptions ($15.00 per 365-day period)
  • Lifetime Premium access ($25.00 one-time payment)

Acknowledgement of Terms

By initiating a purchase through Sorrow Bot, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy in their entirety. You further acknowledge that Premium features are delivered immediately upon successful payment confirmation, and that this immediate delivery constitutes complete fulfillment of the purchased service, thereby eliminating any right to withdrawal or cooling-off period that may otherwise be available under applicable consumer protection laws.

Service Availability

Sorrow Bot is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, as further described in our Terms of Service. While we strive to maintain continuous availability of Premium features, temporary interruptions due to maintenance, updates, infrastructure changes, or unforeseen circumstances do not constitute grounds for a refund, credit, or compensation of any kind. Sorrow reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Premium feature at its sole discretion, with or without notice.

Account Termination

If your access to Sorrow Bot is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, no refund, credit, or compensation shall be issued for any remaining Premium subscription time, regardless of the duration remaining. Users are solely and entirely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable terms, policies, and laws.

Dispute Resolution

For any questions or concerns regarding purchases, contact us through our official Discord support server or via sorrow.rest. While refunds are not available under any circumstances, we are committed to resolving service-related issues to ensure you receive the full value of your Premium subscription. Any disputes arising from this Policy shall be subject to the governing law and jurisdiction provisions set forth in our Terms of Service.

Modifications to This Policy

Sorrow reserves the sole and absolute right to amend, modify, supplement, or replace this Policy in whole or in part at any time and without prior notice. Any such modifications shall become effective immediately upon publication on sorrow.rest. It is your sole responsibility to review this Policy periodically for changes. Continued use of the Services following any modifications constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Policy.

The Services are developed, maintained, and operated by Sorrow, registered in București, România. All services, features, and offerings are provided exclusively under the Sorrow brand.
